I am shopping for a microwave and so I want to know what other customers think about the product I am considering. It's not fair to rate a product based upon your lack of ability to navigate a website! This was all about a mistake on YOUR end, which Target was happy to fix. This had nothing to do with the quality of the product. Therefore, in the interest of balancing out the numbers, I give this product FIVE STARS. Now can we please hear from someone who has actually purchased the microwave? Thanks!

My wife had looked at the ovens about a month ago but had not bought. When we logged back on to order the child's toys, apparently the oven was still in the cart....some how(we have no idea how) the oven became 3 ovens and, when we were going through the check out, even though we had not checked the one click check out option (we do have this on the website)we were not given an opportunity to revise the order . A couple of hours later, I saw the confirmation email for the toys andTHREE ovens. I immediately called costomer servise and after explaining my problem,I was assured that ,with the expeption of one toy that was already processed,the order was cancelled. The next day I recieved a confirmation that the ovens had been shipped...Not cancelled. After two more calls we were assured that we could refuse the order at no cost to us.
It was a mess but finally it worked out OK
